Who is Josh markle & Why does he Matter?

Joshua Markle didn’t build Project Black Phoenix out of rage. He built it out of necessity — out of betrayal, loss, and the realization that doing nothing would make him complicit in the same corruption that almost destroyed him.

After losing both parents, being betrayed by his own family, and watching lawyers, insurers, and regulators turn their backs, Josh made a conscious decision: he would let the system push him as far as it pushes anyone else. He would document it, dissect it, and expose it. Not for revenge — but to show the country what happens when ordinary people are left to fight billion-dollar entities alone.

He’s not fearless. He fears failure, he fears letting his family down — but he’s not afraid. He’s been trained by hardship, sharpened by loss, and driven by an unshakable sense of integrity. He gave up everything that could be used to control him: his business, his assets, his safety net. What’s left is a man who can’t be bought, only proven right or wrong.

Project Black Phoenix is his reformation — a mirror held up to the institutions meant to protect us. It’s a message to regulators, senators, and everyday Americans:

“If you can destroy me, you can destroy anyone. But if I can survive this, so can you — and together, we can fix it.”
 

This isn’t about politics. It’s about purpose.
Because without purpose, even millions of dollars mean nothing.
