“THE ARCHIVE IS COMPLETE”
“THE ARCHIVE IS COMPLETE”

Project Black Phoenix is the public, unflinching story of one man’s collision with systems that were supposed to protect him — and the movement that rose from the wreckage. We document what happened, we call out the patterns, and we turn evidence into action: journalism, legal pressure, and creative campaigns that force accountability while funding the fight. This is insurgent truth-telling with a plan.
Who we are
Joshua Markle — survivor, collector, and the engine behind Project Black Phoenix. What started as a life-altering collision (October 11, 2024) became the lens through which Joshua began tracing a web of failures across insurance, rental companies, property managers, and the courts. He’s the voice that refuses to be gaslit, the archivist of the receipts and the telemetry, and the guy who’ll put his name and his coins where his truth is.
Jessica — partner, co-strategist, keeper of the footage. She’s the one who picks up the pieces, runs the cameras, and keeps the story granular and human. Her hands-on work turns raw evidence into sharable, damning narrative.
Ronan Ashcroft — investigative byline and narrative architect. Ronan crafts the long-form investigations, the timelines, and the public-facing pieces that connect dots other people ignore. If Project Black Phoenix is the fire, Ronan is the match and the map.
What we stand for
Transparency over obfuscation. Evidence over spin. Real stories over PR-sanitized lies. We don’t settle for excuses — we document, we publish, we pressure, and we build public momentum so bad actors can’t just walk away. We believe survivors deserve full accountability, and the public deserves to see how systems really operate.
Why we exist
Because the crash was only the beginning. The denials, the disappearing coverage, the messy court dockets, the preservation failures — these didn’t feel like random errors. They felt systemic. Project Black Phoenix exists to expose the stacked system, protect other people from the same harm, and fund litigation and public interest work that actually moves the needle. We’re a media arm, a legal pressure tactic, and an entrepreneurial engine all at once.
Why MNM Coins
MNM Coins is our unconventional funder and symbol. Coins are durable, transportable, and honest — they don’t change their story. The Survivor Series and other MNM releases fund litigation, journalism, and survivor support while carrying the Project Black Phoenix narrative into collectors’ hands. Each slab, each label, each story-tagged piece is a small monument to transparency: collectible, market-driven, mission-funded.
How we operate
We publish timelines, release evidence packages, file preservation letters, push formal complaints, and use public campaigns to make inaction costly. We monetize ethically: paywalls for deeper dossiers, Survivor Series sales, donations, and targeted merch drops — all feeding legal and investigative work. We’re tactical, we’re loud, and we do it with receipts.
Get involved
Read the chapters. Watch the evidence reels. Buy a Survivor Series slab if you want to fund the fight. Share the work. If you’ve been wronged by a system that looks familiar, reach out — we collect stories and assemble the kind of public pressure that wins.
Project Black Phoenix — we don’t die. We rise, we document, and we make sure the world remembers how it failed so it can’t do it again.
